Shipping & Returns

Transportation
All orders are shipped with FEDEX and typically require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise requested. FEDEX generally operates between 9 am and 6 pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended). Please note that FEDEX cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Taxes and Duties
International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that your order may or may not be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are imposed by your local customs authority. All prices on our site do not include all destination taxes or duties. We are unable to estimate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur as these charges are collected directly by the country being shipped to.

Tracing
All orders are fully traceable on the FEDEX website. Delivery times are provided for guidance only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.

First Time Order Policy
For security reasons, CAMBRAY SAS reserves the right to send initial orders to the verified billing address or work address of the cardholder. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please be sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.

Returns / Changes
Products are eligible for return or exchange within 28 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The customer must cover all return costs.
  • Items must be returned to us in perfect condition.
  • Please ensure all products are exactly as received, with the label(s) and seal(s) still attached.
  • All products that come in their own box, including but not limited to shoes and accessories, must be returned in their original undamaged box as it is considered part of the product.
  • The coats must be returned with their dust bag, since it is considered part of the product.
  • When returning by mail, be sure to return the shoes/accessories and their corresponding box inside another solid cardboard box so as not to damage the original packaging.
  • CAMBRAY SAS reserves the right to reject any returned item that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified by email.
  • We prefer that items be returned via FEDEX to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. However, you can return the products by any secure transport to the following address: Cra 53 #79-103, Barrio Alto Prado, Barranquilla, Atlantico, Colombia. Zip Code 080200
  • Please note that not all items are eligible for returns. Please refer to each product page for specific information on each term.

Receive a Refund
All returns that are returned within the 14 day period will be refunded to the original form of payment within 30 days of the return.

Exchange Availability
Terms and conditions may apply to exchanges and availability, as they are based on availability and other variables.

Quality
If an item received is classified as defective and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. If items have a manufacturing fault that occurred within a 12-month period from the date of purchase, please contact us immediately.

Returns and substitutions under these conditions will be assumed by CAMBRAY SAS Refunds can also be requested for damaged items through the contact site for review.

Please note that some of our processes are handmade and occasional minor irregularities in details such as embroidery or hand-painted prints do not qualify as defects.
